After booking, you'll receive preparation instructions to help you get the most from your experience, including guidance on setting intentions and creating a safe, comfortable space.
2. Opening & Intention
We'll begin with a brief check in to understand what you're bringing to the session and set a clear intention for your breathwork journey.
3. Guided Breathwork/Somatics
I'll lead you into your body, either through a specific breathing pattern designed to alter your state of consciousness OR by feeling into the body, allowing access to deeper emotions and subconscious patterns.
4. Shadow Exploration
As the body opens doorways to repressed emotions and hidden aspects of self, I'll guide you to safely encounter and integrate these shadow elements.
5. Integration
After the breathwork, we'll process what emerged and discuss how to integrate insights into your daily life for lasting transformation.

Is breathwork safe for everyone? While breathwork is generally safe, it's not recommended for people with certain medical conditions including cardiovascular issues, severe hypertension, glaucoma, detached retina, seizure disorders. Pregnancy is fine, but we need to alter the way we breathe. It's also not suitable for those with severe psychiatric conditions or those taking medications that may be affected by hyperventilation.
What should I do to prepare? Avoid heavy meals for 2-3 hours before the session. Wear comfortable clothing. Set up in a quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed. Have water, tissues, a blanket, and a pillow nearby. You'll receive detailed preparation instructions after booking.
Will I need to talk about my past traumas? No extensive history taking is required making it the perfect option for those who don't enjoy talking about their feelings. The breathwork process naturally brings up what needs to be processed, without you having to verbally share your entire story. That said, a brief check in about your current state and intentions helps guide the session effectively.
How many sessions do I need? This varies by individual. Some people experience significant shifts in a single session, while others benefit from ongoing sessions to work through different layers of their experience. The multi session packages are designed to support deeper, sustainable transformation.
